Our online archive is open for you to explore nearly 100 years of drama.
Where have you seen that actor before? Does SBADS always produce comedies? How many people are actually involved in SBADS? Now you can find the answers to all these and more at our SBADS digital archive.
We’ve always had a huge range of archive material locked away in dusty trunks: now we have been selecting and digitising a selection of our memorabilia for members and the wider public to enjoy.
You can browse productions by theme, year or title, read reviews (good and bad!) admire our old posters and find the names of the thousands of people who have been involved in SBADS since 1925.

With thanks to Tristram Grevatt who has done most of the scanning and collated this online into a very comprehensive and searchable archive.
While we have been careful to ensure that all photos used have already been covered by the individual per-performance publicity agreements (when they were required – since 1988) if anyone wishes a photograph including them to be removed, please contact SBADS at info.sbads+archive@gmail.com
